Submission of a pre-enrollment form is NOT a guarantee of enrollment. Your form will NOT be processed until all enrollment paperwork is complete. (See below)
Enrollments are not complete after submitting a pre-enrollment. After completing the pre-enrollment and submitting it, you must send an email to the correct enrollment group to continue the enrollment process. The email addresses are at the end of the pre-enrollment directions
